K-Pack International (NZ) Ltd designs and manufactures complete fibre drum production line machinery to produce all types of fibre drums. Production lines are tailored to suit the customers or local market demand.

K-pack can supply a mixture of semi automatic and manual machinery to for lesser investment allow the customer to become established in the market place. Fully automated production line machinery can be supplied as an option for a higher output, low labour intensive drum production line.

K-Pack manufacture, supply, install, commission and train staff to operate production machinery with ongoing support.

The drum types that can be produced with K-Pack Machinery are:

• Traditional steel chimed Fibre drums.
• “All Fibre” Drums
• Economy drums
• IBC’s (International Bulk Containers)
• Casket Production

Drum diameters and heights range.

K-Pack can supply equipment for specific diameters only; or a total range. From 8 gallons to 80 gallons volumes are dependent on diameters and heights;

Traditional diameters for the US market are: 23”, 21½”, 20”, 18½”, 17”, 14”, 12” & 11”.

Additional tooling is required for each drum diameter. Once K-Pack and the customer have agreed on the drum diameters to be manufactured K-Pack can submit the exact list of machinery required with costs & options.
